About “This Way“, the first single off the upcoming “Beautiful Human, Beautifully Human“, the Washington-based artist told us: “The original idea for “This Way” was inspired by a song called Bonnie Hill by Jungle; not the musical content per se but the energy it conveyed. I think I failed at recreating the same vibe, and in doing so succeeded in creating something entirely new (the 5 sec intro however is a nod to Patti Page’s With My Eyes Wide Open, I’m Dreaming).
