Ready to float? Tuvaband fourth single, entitled Trees, is yet another beautiful and delicate song. The vocals are once again recognisable from distance, and the simplicity behind the acoustic guitar is another easy-to-recognize song mark. Beautiful as ever, Trees is about the similarities between trees and humans and the common fatalities of both. They sing “We fell trees, we fell people. Cause when we fell, we fall”.
Again Tuvaband managed to create a simple song that sounds more deep and complex the more we listen to it. And somehow that’s how this Oslo-based band managed to grow easily into one of our favourite discoveries of 2017. Trees is again, a breath-taking walk in Tuvaband’s park.
