(just like that, with a dot in the end) are a Southern California four-piece band who make music for warm-weathered days, cool-winded nights and slow contemplating driving. With three single released to date, the third one, and more recent one, entitled Bearfights is a keeper that showcases the type of rock that is missing in today’s huge music market. With some similarities with the type of music Band of Horses do best and staggering similarities to the constant happiness in Real Estate songs, this steady paced melodic song takes us straight to the Summer festival feeling and transcends itself like a music yoga. Consisting of John Figueroa, Joshua Zacarias, Marcus Paquini and Adam Gangi, CAPTIONS. are working on their debut album entitled ITERATIONS, and are one band indie rock fans should follow very closely.
