It came like a bomb. A sensible and emotionally fulfilling bomb. James Blake new (and third) album entitled The Colour in Anything was released out of nowhere, and with it, the first single I Need A Forest Fire. And it was everything we were needing for the last couple of months or even years. Like an embrace with nature, Justin Vernon (Bon Iver) vocals make us, once again, forget where we have been living and take us to the middle of a beautiful and endless forest. The typical Blake background transcends, once again, the limits of music and makes the soul travel with us. Four minutes and seventeen seconds that could be heard in repeat for as long as we live. Both dreaming and so so alive. It is already, at least for us, the comeback of the year. And the only one that could be highlighted today. Welcome back, sir Blake and sir Vernon.
Anticipating Dustin Tebbutt album debut, here is Wooden Heart, a folk inspired song that fills us with coziness and a secret spot by the fireplace.
